Architect hourly billing rate is $120/hr

School employee wages are not included in the project budget

Wall construction lump sum cost is $25,000

Mechanical and Electrical systems lump sum cost $35,000

Painting and carpet installation lump sum cost is $25,000

Furniture costs

Room #1 furniture cost is $12,400 (includes tables, chairs and computer stations)

Room #2 and #3 furniture cost is $7,500 for each room (includes lecture stands and mobile desks)
