Evidence$-$based management is not the only way of conducting research. Many will argue for and against the method. It is important always to be open to criticism. Sometimes, the critic can see a weakness we might otherwise not observe.

Read the attached paper by Morrell and Learmonth titled "Against Evidence$-$Based Management for Management Learning."

Read at least one other paper on this topic of your choosing.

Click on that link. In that list will be articles to oppose, support, or simply acknowledge there is an argument.

Revise your Google Scholar search to include double quotes around evidence$-$based management $-$ opposition to "evidence$-$based management."

There should be an article by Young, "Evidence$-$based management: a literature review. It will guide you to a lot of supporting and opposing evidence in healthcare.
