You will tested in term of your understanding on how to conduct an effective Internal Auditand preparing the audit agenda.

You will be given 2 CASES which ALL cases are under NONCONFORMANCES. You need to answer the followings:

a)the applicable ISO 9001-2015 clauses in each situation. Support your answerwith ONE (1) reason.(3 Marks)

b)Classify whether it is MAJOR or MINOR Nonconformances. Justify your answer.(2 Marks)

You need to refer to ISO 9001-2015 Quality management system requirement as reference. The scope for the clauses/element for this exam covers Clause 9 and/or Clause 10 only.
