Question 3: What is the impact on project completion time if the market assessment (Task B) takes five weeks longer than expected? Justify your answer. 10pts
Question 4: Just the night before the meeting, Philip was informed by the Director of Quality that due to the complexity of the project, quality assurance work (Task H) is very likely to need seven weeks (the most pessimistic time) to complete. Answer the following questions: 20pts
(4a) How does this news impact the project completion time?
(4b) Does the project now have a new critical path? If so, what is it?
