for L2 and M2 cell boxes, their is a drop down with diferent numbers. A person needs to select a number from the drop box and rows from the data should update depending on what number was picked.

Example: if a person picks the number 25 from the drop box in L2 , then all cells greater than 25 in the age column must be highlighted in yellow with red words
