Excel Solver with binary. How can I use binary to solve this questions on excel? What are the step and what should i put in my solver?

Note: All answers must be found using the "Simplex LP" solver setting in Excel Solver.

The following problem is adapted from 3-17 in the Balakrishnan, Render, and Stair textbook.

A hospital emergency room is open 24 hours a day. Nurses report for duty at 1 a.m., 5 a.m., 9 a.m., 1 p.m., 5 p.m., or 9 p.m., and each works an 8-hour shift. Nurses are paid the same, regardless of the shift they work. The following table shows the minimum number of nurses needed during the six periods into which the day is divided.

1. How should the hospital schedule the nurses so that the total staff required for one day's operation is minimized? Your answer should come from an optimization model rather than guess-and-check. Even though it's impossible to schedule half of a nurse, you don't need to make any of the variables integer. This is a special case where integer solutions happen automatically.
