Exercise 1

For this exercise you will need to collect some data on stock prices. You will also be provided with a data set of call volumes at a call center. The exercise will be to characterize these data sets visually, and numerically, by creating graphs and calculating summary statistics.

You will not need to turn in your Excel file. Instead, all your answers will be entered into a template document using Microsoft Word. Make sure all your results are legible. Graphs should be properly labeled and numerical data shown at a reasonable level of precision.
