Exercise 1 Project Communications Plan A local Indigenous community group, Indigenous Community Project (ICP), have approached you to project manage their contribution to NAIDOC Week. The ICP have a budget of $50,000 which has been generously donated by Rio Tinto who want to rebuild relationships with our Indigenous community. The funds are provided by Rio Tinto in the form of a grant; therefore, all the funds need to be completely expired and accounted for. The Federal Government are sending a minister to launch the project during NAIDOC Week. The National NAIDOC Committee has announced NAIDOC Week celebrations will be held in July 2022. This link provides more information The ICP have a few additional requirements; Research and create a project which will reach the maximum number of people and connect as many other community groups as possible. Due to past COVID-19 restrictions, ICP have decided the project must not be anevent to mitigate against the impact of future restrictions being imposed again. Due to restricted digital access among some members, ICP have decided the project must not be entirely digital. (For example; not just a website). However, the RCP concede that some digital communications are usually necessary.

Hint: you may wish to justify elements of this undertaking some stakeholder analysis as this could inform the approach you are recommending in your communications plan for the various stakeholders. Can you also target some elements of your communications plan to reflect UN SDGs? Please give your project a title and provide an opening paragraph describing your project idea.
