Exercise $2$: DISPUTE RESOLUTION $(2$ marks$)$

In the Contract between Party A $($located in Hanoi$)$ and Party B $($Russia$)$ there are terms as follows:

$10.$ Disputes:

All disputes arising out of or relating to this agreement shall be referred to the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre $($VIAC$)$ at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam in accordance with its Arbitration Rules.

Any disputes mentioned above that is not resolved by VIAC, the matter will then be referred to$,$ the Russian International Arbitration Center $($RIAC$)$ for final settlement. The award of arbitrator shall be final and binding to both parties.

Please re$-$write the Disputes Term so that it can be reliable for both parties to resolve any dispute between the Two.
