Exercise $3\mathrm{.}2$: Opening a Register and Running a QuickReport

In this exercise, you will open a register, and run and modify a QuickReport

Open a register

$1$ Ensure that the company file you worked on in the previous exercise is still open

$2.$ Click Lists Chart of Accounts to open the Chart of Accounts window

$3.$ In the Chart of Accounts window, double$-$cick Chequing to spen the Chequing register

$4$ Resize the r register window it necessary to view all three transactions, then in the TYPE column, double$-$click DEP to the left of the Taylor Green deposit The Make Deposits form opens showing the deposit details.

$5.$ Close the Make Deposits fom

Run a QuickReport

$7.$ At the bottom ottom of the Chart of account QuickReport Accounts wiedow, click the Reports button, then click QuickReport: Chequing to open the Cheqiang

Customize the QuickReport by changing the columns

$8.$ In the Button Bar, click the Customize Report button to open the Modify Raport dialog box.

$9.$ In the Display tab, in the COLUMNS section, click Num to remove the check mark This action will remove the Nun column from the report

$10$ Click OK Notice that the Num column no longer appears in the report

$12.$ In the Display tab, click the Revert button to change the report back to its previous state, then click OK$.$ Notice that the Nam column
