should print a prompt and read an integer from the console. It should then interpret that integer

as a percentage and print the appropriate letter grade. Here are the letter grades that correspond

to certain percentage ranges:

If the percentage is greater than or equal to $90,$ the letter grade is $"$A$".$

If the percentage is greater than or equal to $80$ but less than $90,$ the letter grade is $"$B$".$

If the percentage is greater than or equal to $70$ but less than $80,$ the letter grade is $"$ C $".$

If the percentage is greater than or equal to $60$ but less than $70,$ the letter grade is $"$D$".$

If the percentage is less than $60,$ the letter grade is $"F".$
