Review the status of your project by doing the following: 1. Define the initial objectives or outcomes of your project, therefore specifying what you want to have achieved at the end of the PPM 2. Define the main process steps (or life cycle step) of obtaining the qualifications (certificate). The process start is the point in time when you decided to enhance your carrier and enrol on such a programme and the project end will be the point in time when you receive the certificate. 3. Define the outputs needed at each main process or life cycle step to achieve the desired outcomes. 4. Define the stakeholders and their inputs needed to achieve the desired outputs and outcomes. 5. Define the activities for each stakeholder input and each main process step that will create the desired output on a phase-by-phase basis. 6. After you have established the main process steps, review the process and assess whether you are on track to meet the set objectives. 7. List any process improvement recommendations and changes.
