Exercise C. In class we have talked about sigmoid functions and saturating functions. The goal of this exercise to summarize the different types of functions we have seen. For each of the following types of function indicate: the general equation the function, a typical graph, what the different parameters control and/or represent, a model where such function appears: (non-sigmoid) saturating function, increasing sigmoid, and and decreasing sigmoid
