You were hired as a software developer to work on a newely established company working in the food bussiness. the compony has four employes. During the week certin firms request food orders, the componey provides food to $10-15$ firms with $20$ to $30$ people working in each firm. When the customers call, the telephonist describes the list of $12$ standard menus offered by your componey and gives the priceing information. If the customer chooses to reserve a picnic, the telephonist notes the customer$$s family name, email address, phone number and the details about the picnic for example $($time$,$ place, number of people, selected menu, total price$)$ on a contract. Upon varbal agreement customer is then faxed a copy which the customer signs and sends back, along with a deposit. The deposit can be made in different forms such as cheque or a credit card charge. Once the owner processes the deposit, the picnic is considered officially booked. For every booking confirmed, the contract is filed in a cabinet which contains all contracts orgaized by date. For any extra services requested by customer such as a birthday cake. In this case, the telephonist passes this information to the owner who sets a price for that request. The telephonist then contacts the customer by phone and passes the price info to him, which he may accepted or rejected.
