EXERCISE ONE: Bisection Method

$($a$)$ Write a MATLAB function $[$r fr$]=$ bisection$($f$,$a$,$b$,$k$,$ TOL$)$ which returns the root r of a function f and the value fr of the function at the approximated root, in the interval $[$a$,$b$]$ using the bisection method. Your program should use eps as an error bound and should apply at most k iterations of the method. You can use the code in your book and modify it according to the question.
