Exercise: The data sets on the next two sheets are identical. Each shows revenues for several years for three stores and several products. There are two product groups, the first with three products and the second with two products. You can see that there are store subtotals in rows 6, 11, and 14, and there are product group subtotals in columns E and H. There are also grand totals over all stores in row 15 and over all products in column I. Create outlines as follows. 1. Create a 2-level outline for both rows and columns in the Data1 sheet. At level 2 for rows, all rows should be visible. At level 1 for rows, the individual yearly store revenues should be hidden, that is, only rows 6, 11, 14, and 15 should be visible. Similar statements hold for the column grouping. 2. Create a 3-level outline for both rows and columns in the Data2 sheet. Levels 2 and 3 should be exactly like levels 1 and 2 in the Data1 sheet, but level 1 should now collapse everything so that only grand totals are visible.
