The organization high future tec in the past little while they have had 18.7%increase turnover rate so we having few issues employees leaving all of sudden for the past six months and right now we are here interviewing why thomas the lead RV person has left and reason behind it. In addition we also have found out sam our other employee is also leaving on early retirment. Even tho she has mention before that she wants to stay until as long as she can she enjoys the organization she enjoys working on such as long as she enjoys.

HR: first of all we would like to understand why you choose to leave this company?
Thomas: the easy answer to that is I found job else where.
HR: ok, congratulation on that but we further we would like to understand why you chosen to leave was there something wrong with the postion
Thomas: I made my choise and it was really hard one to do actually primarly because I find the people here are very very nice and the culture is just amazing so within the organization it was very hard for me to make this decision but it was not long ago that i have noticed a few changes and I was no longer happy with the wayvmy team is being treated management was rough relect listening team suggestion I know for a fact if they did listen they will increase productivity of my team as well they will increase better research development technique for our organization. They just did not listen so its has happen this way but those are the leading factors I find for making the decisons.
HR: and all recomendation that were made by your department have being noted and they were passed to right services.
Thomas: ok nothing really ended up happening and I understand that you guys talked about it or whatever but I dont want to argue anout this.
HR: well thank you mr thomas I understand where you coming from but we are not here to argue about this are there specific reasons why leaving is it compensation system teams you would like us to know?
Thomas: my teams compensations and benefits were kinds of insufficient with regards to our contribution to organization was not sufficient
HR: ok totally understand that I have quick question here created by HR department is got questions like what was the reason to leave this company, was your job frustrating, would you recommend this company to family or friends, would you return to this company in future, is there anything this company would have done better to prevent you from leaving. So this questionaire we would like you go through it and we really appreciate you filling this out.
Thomas: ok
HR: thank you so much for your time we wish you the best of luck on new job. and all your benefit last paycheck will be discussed by my Hr assistant mr tuan.
