I would be more capable of managing complex moral dilemmas while adhering to the organisations and my values. According to recent leadership research, knowledge$-$based firms where employee involvement and creativity are crucial may find success with such hybrid approaches $($Dinh et al$.,2014).$ However, my current technique might require reinforcement with more robust adaptive capabilities and strategic foresight in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous $($VUCA$)$ contexts.
