Group Project outline Choose a real organization of any size in Bahrain, and prepare a presentation and a research about the organization by explaining the following: Part 1. a. The organization's Name & Main Functions, the organization's logo, slogan and core value. b. Draw the organizational structure. c. Explain the organization's quality process and improvement strategy. Part2. a. Use the benchmarking methodology to compare the chosen organization with a competitor in terms of one of the following: . 1 Internal benchmarking (comparison of performances within similar departments of the organization). Competitive benchmarking (comparison of performance with competitors). Industry benchmarking (comparison with the leaders in the industry). .
