Experimental Procedure 1. We will use purified LDH, dilute it, then determine its activity. We want a AA/Amin to be between 0.15-0.25/min. 2. Once the volume of LDH that provides the required activity (0.15-0.25/min) is found, we will use that volume for the rest of the experiment. 3. Measure LDH activity at 4 different volume of NAD+. Start with the standard amount of NAD+, then decrease the amount progressively for the other 3 measurements
