Because of this material shortage new modems and switches need to be sourced.This project will procure the material to support the replacement of themodems and switches to the current version

Importance of the WBS:

The WBS helps the IPT to track the progress of the project. It is a visual depiction of the project. Both schedule and funding can be traced to their respective WBS element which is a great help if there is funding over/under runs or a slowing in the progress of the project
