In terms of systems thinking, my method is consistent with De Savigny and Adam's (2009) and Carey et al.'s (2015) but also extends them in practical application. De Savigny and Adam have defined systems thinking as the approach to understanding the health system's complexity using relationship mapping, feedback loops, and emergent behavior. Carey and others validate this by describing systems thinking as an integrated lens that considers how interventions interact with other social, economic, and policy environments. I agree with such writers that systems thinking involves moving beyond linear, reductionist models to embracing complexity and interdependence. Nevertheless, my experience as an RBT and public health student compels me to stress the use of systems thinking not just for understanding but for practicedesigning interventions that can adapt to evolving circumstances and unexpected impacts (De Savigny & Adam, 2009; Carey et al., 2015)
