Population and Sampling Technique The population of this study are those who are workers, ages 20-39 years old residing Guiguinto, Bulacan. Based on the 2020 census. The participants will be interviewed and will be given a set of questions through survey via Google Forms. Ages 20-39 years old = 34,481 Potential members of workforce percentage = 67.56% Potential workers ages 20-39 years old = 23,296 The researcher will utilize the convenience sampling. Houser (2018) stated that it is the most common non-probability type of sampling. The sample size was obtained using the standard formula. Researcher determined their confidence level to be 95%, having a Z-score of 1.96 and a standard deviation of 50% (p=0.5) and the margin of error was +/- 10%
