Explain whether or not you would consider the following two people morally praiseworthy:

$1)$ There is a shopkeeper whose business policy is to be always honest with his customers. He never cheats on them even if he has the opportunity to overcharge and take an advantage of them. He has adopted this honesty policy because he believes that in the long$-$run it is good for his business to have the reputation of honesty.

$2)$ There is a person who has the general inclination to help others in time of need. She helps the underprivileged people because she find a tremendous inner satisfaction and contentment in knowing that she was instrumental in assisting them.
