1. Explain whether the two means are statistically significant or not ?

Keep the following in mind:

--Your alpha is 0.05

--You are doing a two-tail test because there is no direction in the hypothesis. Specifically, you're testing whether the means are equal to each other or not.

--You are testing whether the p-value is larger than your alpha. If the p-value is larger than the alpha, then you should fail to reject the null hypothesis that there is no significant difference between the means.
