In this case, the exploratory phase will involve conducting Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and In-Depth Interviews (IDIs) with a sample of respondents, in this case, we focus on conducting a comprehensive investigation into the assessment of Costco’s customer perception of the image of Costco. The research will involve quantitative methods. Quantitative methods using the surveys will be used to gather statistics from a bigger pattern length and to grade the critiques and attitudes of respondents. Secondary Data Analysis is employed to gather initial data, saving time and budget for subsequent quantitative analysis.
