You are the team leader for the General Policy Writing Committee for a major American multi$-$national corporation. It is your responsibility to assemble the appropriate team members from the widest possible departments within your company. You are also to set up an implementation schedule with respect to your policy. $($You do not have to create an implementation plan; you just need to show me when your plan is in force$).$ You must:

a$.$ Identify the departments and provide an explanation as to why you need a person from that department. Use made up names for your matrix. Make sure to identify their actual position.

b$.$ Develop an outline of your policy using pertinent bullet points.

c$.$ Incorporate a comprehensive ethics narrative, covering as much as possible with respect to your overall company policy. Make sure to include computer use and any physical resource that is necessary for normal company operations

d$.$ Make sure to incorporate references to specific compliance laws, risk assessment, Standard Practices and oversight procedures.

e$.$ Create an organizational chart for your team
