Facts The Umbrella Academy University is a public university located in downtown Toronto, Ontario (the "Unlversity") The University is composed of 202000 undergraduate students and 1,000 graduate smdents. The Unlverslty has reached ree collective agreements in the last few years wiff: (I) The Umbrella Faculty Association ("UFA"): the union representing ftll-time faculty members, which is in effect until June I, 2020; (2) The Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 4444: Unit A ("CUPE AD: the union representing all pan-time Instructors: which is in effect until June I : 2020; and (3) The Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 4444: Unit B ("CUPE the union representing all teaching assistants ("TAB"): uilich expired on December I , 2018. University research assistants ("RAG") are not organized. Allison has been working as a part-time instructor in the Faculty of Alts for die last 10 years.
