Use I'andas library to organize the following $3$ datasets downlowded from the $8$ se $.$

Lomis Fied wehsite:

quarterly dala on real GD$)$P$\text{'}$ per capita $($CD$)|\text{'}).$

monthly data on Federal Fiunds rate $($FFD$)$

monthly data on NonFarm total Eimployment $($EMP$\text{'},$ rinit $-$ thotsontha$)$

monthly data on Iroducer Price Index $($PI$\text{'}).$

a$)$ Convert the monthly FED, FMP$\text{'}$ and PII data to quarterly frequency

b$)$ Merge all quarterly data on GDP$,$ EMP, and I'I'I in a single data frame by DATE

c$)$ Create an additional column to store the quarterly growth rate of earh varmable.

d$)$ Save the data $($rame in I'art c$)$ to a separate file in CSV format.
