Hello Dear Colleague,

I am delighted to have the opportunity to engage you in correspondence once more. However, I must express my concern at the conundrum that has arisen with respect to the difficult situation we are in$.$

Allow me to clarify the issue that has come about. The situation is quite serious and must have our utmost attention and focus.

To be more precise, the deplorable state of affairs of ofur two accounting departments has created some financial issues that have left us up creek without a paddle. The reality is$,$ if we do not focus on the errors that are happening, we will be in grave financial instability within eighteen months. I would like to make the following suggestion: it is imperative that we combine efforts and reorganize the accounting department. The reorganization I think that will work best is if the Canadian office holds the main accounting department with a smaller affiliate office in Brazil. This way, the communication will be a piece a cake and will lead to fewer redundancies that have been happening.

Unfortunately, that may lead to letting some of your accounting staff go$.$ However, there will be opportunities for them to transfer to the Canadian office as well as Canadian employees to transfer to the Brazilian affiliate office. will build a better multicultural work environment and hopefully generate new ideas.
