First, I tried using your $$feedback$$ tab and it kept taking me to a third party Messaging service; it was, to say the least, terrible; I had to create an account, then I realized it was Microsoft Messaging, it would not accept my password, so I said F$---$ it; I simply wanted to state I always check my answers, so when I realized the $$expert$$ provided the wrong numbers $($it had provided the correct numbers initially, in the presentation of how it arrived at the conclusion$),$ that$$s when I noticed $$expert$$ had used wrong numbers $($almost the same, but $100,000$ less, so I gave it a thumbs down.

Second, this form is a copy of your $$Feedback Form$$ which after I downloaded the form, it would not let me enter my name nor comments; for feedback on the tab, also became an ordeal, waste of valuable time, time is my enemy; I am what many call an aged senior, so when I am seeking an answer to a problem I don$$t understand, I don$$t like to spend hours searching for something and then get a wrong reply $($I$$ll give everyone the benefit of the doubt$)$ and say, I$$m almost sure I did something wrong.

In spite of this error and some others I have found, I still believe your organization$$s participation, interest and empathy towards the client base, is far better and genuine than almost all the others who provide similar service; as far as I$$m concerned, overall, I give Chegg a $$Thumbs Up$.$
