Figure Q3 shows the output based on a C++ program. The program will take input for Two Dimensional Array using cin command. User need to enter the elements of two Matrices (Matrix A and Matrix B) row wise. The numbers show in columns are user input. The rest of the display shown in Figure Q3 figure is produced by cout command. The program will display the Matrices and calculate the sum of these matrices. Finally, it will show the Matrix after addition. Write a complete C++ program to accomplish this task.
