Directions from syllabus: Given a scenario, you will apply, analyze, and synthesize content relative to the Bolman and Deal Frames and Lencioni's $5$ Dysfunctions. Scenario: Jamie is a $33-$year manager of an $18$ person work team. The work team is comprised of people from various generations $($Boomers$,$ Gen X$,$ Millennials, and Gen Z$).$ Jamie has witnessed a few conflicts and other disconnections amongst the team. In fact, Jamie also feels some disconnection with some team members. Of course, all the team's issues are not connected to generational differences, however, Jamie thinks that at least some of the issues are due to varying. generational perspectives. Passing comments, like, "They" are rwful with technology, or "they are completely tech dependent" are not uncommon and make Jamie increasingly a:sare of this undercurrent of the team's dynamic. On one hand, Jamie thinks her team members are all adults and should be left alone to work through these differences $($or not$),$ on the other hand however, Jamie feels a responsibility as supervisor to act, and recognizes that the disconnects are starting to impact the work environment. Jamie fears that productivity could also be impacted next.

You are acting as consultant to Jamie. Using the lens of each frame, your aim is to recommend solutions for the workplace generational differences that Jamie's team is facing.
