FINAL BUSINESS REPORT (AND PLAN) TEAM PRESENTATIONS Each team will deliver a 20-minute presentation outlining their takeaways from their eight Yearly decisions and the lessons learned from the Capsim Capstone 2.0 simulation. It is the responsibility of each team member to ensure that team decisions are submitted in a timely manner Teams may be assessed a penalty if decisions are not entered on time. Business Plan/Report/Debrief Presentation - each simulation team will present its strategies and outcomes in this dass presentation. This will serve as a debriefing session to learn from other teams experiences Part 1: The team's business plan. The plan must address your company's objectives, situation analysis, and business strategy. The plan will outline your intentions for the beginning of the final year of the simulation. This is what we intend to accomplish. Part 2: Decisions made during the computer simulation Essentially, this section reflects how you went about executing the plan identified in part 1. Focus on your decisions as a consequence of the actions of key competitors to identify the major turning points in the competition. This is what we did and these were our results. Part 3: How you would modify your plan going forward (in round nine and beyond) based on your performance in the eight competitive rounds. Remember, the plan stipulates what you intend to do and the simulation identifies what you actually did. This is what we learned and what we would do if there was a next period FINAL CAPSTONE STANDING (cumulative score) This is a summary of your final standing and achievements based on the total cumulative scores for
