This is a short case indicative of the type of work consulting and business teams do within Healthcare & this will

give some insight for me to to review your analytical, communication and presentation skills.

Today, you are asked to please:

$1.$ Review the following slides to acquaint yourself with this Hospital$$s current situation. The information is

intentionally incomplete; please feel free to use your knowledge or experience or formulate assumptions to

come up with a recommendation.

$2.$ You are asked by executive leadership to make a recommendation about which hospitals to partner with in

the Virginia Service Area to reduce outside costs and improve access for our members.

$3.$ Please develop slides on your recommendation and include responses to the questions posed in slides $6-8,$

which you will then present to the leadership team $($I will be the audience$).$ Feel free to use additional

market, industry knowledge you may possess.

$4.$ Please submit your final presentation in Microsoft Powerpoint to Canvas. You will be graded on just the

PowerPoint deck, so ensure that your responses and conclusions are clear.
