- The paper is to follow APA rules and guidelines.
- Effective reference of PM concepts from the course texts and other readings is encouraged and must be properly formatted.
- The paper is to be 2500 (+/- 10%) words in length.
- The paper must have a title page and a separate page for references (where they are used) at the end. It is expected that the introduction comprises no more than 10% of the paper, the body wherein the project scope, outcomes and objectives are described is to be roughly 70% of the paper, and the remaining 20% to be conclusion with recommendations/solutions/reflection.
Note: Remember that this is a Project Execution Plan (a document that describes the objectives you want to achieve in a company with the time and resources needed such as costs, quality, personnel, benefits, etc). Those are the items that form the project management process group.
This is actually the heart of the course and so a lot of input required. Though you provide some information, it should accompany some more sections and writeup. The Project Execution Plan (PEP) is the governing document that establishes the means to execute, monitor, and control projects. The plan serves as the main communication vehicle to ensure that everyone is aware and knowledgeable of project objectives and how they will be accomplished. As such it need to be comprehensive. Some important parts suggested are provided below and you may use as a template in you next step of the PEP. Dont forget to include.
