Final Project $($AEA$)$

Purpose of the Assignment

As a culmination of all you have learned in this course throughout the semester, for your final project, you are to design A Quality Management Plan for the organization $($or maybe a smaller group$/$area such as the department in the organization where you work$),$or you may consider using a previous employer.

Directions

As you have learned, there is no specific format for your plan. There MUST be $4$ parts to your plan: $1.$ a quality statement, $2.$ a description of the quality management infrastructure, $3.$ details of performance measurement, assessment, and improvement activities, and $4.$ an evaluation of the effectiveness of quality management activities. For purposes of this assignment, you may "make$-$up$"$ data to report. At the very least, you should show$/$explain how you would report and analyze the data.
