Final Project Assignment: Observing a Leader 1. Identify the name of the person you shadowed and interviewed, the name of the organization they are associated with, and the leadership role they hold. Include any background information related to their education, work experience, and leadership roles held. 2. Discuss why you selected this person to shadow/interview. 3. Summarize the main points of the interview and discuss what you learned about his or her leadership 4. Based on your observations, identify his or her leadership style and discuss how this relates to the leadership styles learned in class. 5. What are the issues of leadership in which he or she deals with on a daily basis? How does the leader handle conflict? Be sure to make connections with the concepts learned in class. 6.
