Use the attached template to complete the assignment. Assignment Step 1: Referring to Figure 15.3 (p. 333) in the text and your responses to the Week 4 and Week 5 Discussions, identify at least 10 barriers your organization* faces when it comes to diversity and inclusion as well as the most applicable level of inclusion per the Inclusive Workplace Model. Step 2: Note how these barriers can be eliminated. Be specific! Step 3: Note the benefits of each change to both the individual (employees of the organization) and the organization.
