Final thoughts on this: I believe the first thing that should be done to encourage more women CEOs is putting aside bias and letting everyone know that all spplicants will be considered. Some companies are very biased and only look for men for higher positions. This must be stopped as women are working hard to become CEOs as well. Based on the presentation, I believe the impact of more women CEOs would be a more diverse company, higher profitability, and overall more success. Overall, women are more than deserving of CEO positions as it has been proven that they are successful in these positions.
