Remodeling the Bathroom

Objective: To practice the thought processes of the "defining" and "creating" phases by initiating a simple project using MS Word$/$ MS Excel & MS Project.

Assignment: You have decided to remodel your bathroom at home.

Complete the instructions below.

You don't have to be a construction manager or even a self$-$made carpenter to solve this problem. Simply approach it from the perspective of a person who wants a nicer bathroom. If you know a little bit about construction, you could actually schedule the work tasks to complete the remodel.

Part $1.$ Create the Project Charter. Check templates in Blackboard $.$ Attached you can find a sample of a project charter.

Part $2.$ Using MS Project create a Gant chart, enter at least $15$ tasks and its corresponding estimated duration and sequence. Identify the Critical Path. Attached you can find a sample of the WBS$.$
