Final year project Topic: Optimization of supply chain networks through data anlytics $($ i am focusing on the inventory management of the supply chain, so basically the topic is optimization of inventory management through data analytics$)$

I am a final year student doing industrial engineering and i am expected to do a final year project using this topic.

I need help with my research proposal, below are some of the things that are needed in the proposal:

$1.$ Introduction: provide the necessary background or context for the research problem.

$2.$ Research problem statement: clear explanation $($statement$)$ about an area of concern, a condition to be improved upon, a difficulty to he eliminated, or a troubling question that existsin scholary literature.

$3.$ Hypothesis or research questions: giving an explanation as to what problems and issues are to be explored and why they are worth explaoring.

$4.$ Aim and oblectives of the study: where feasible, objectives should be divided into main and subsidiary objectives.

$5.$ Research limitations

$6.$ Preliminary Literature review: conduct literature to determine what research has been done regarding your topic. Do not use open sources.

$7.$ Research design and methodology: clarify methods of investigation, and indicate your sampling methodology.

$8.$ Expected outcomes, results and contributions of the research: what are the expected outcomes and what do you wish to achieve, e$.$g: a new theory, a prototype, a new model, an artefact, a new plant process, a solution to a practical problem, a specific aid to practitioners in a particular field, an instrument of use in the mining industry, etc.
