Find a "development process" in your everyday life or work. I suggest you find one with practical significance in your own work expertise. It can be a problem or opportunity that has not yet been addressed by your organization.

Create a document with the following points:

1. Describe the process. Why is it important to the business? (350-500 words)
2. Provide a diagram of the process.
3. Do you think the process follows a Waterfall or an Agile approach? Why? (200-400 words)
4. If the process follows a Waterfall approach, describe how you will make it Agile. (If the process is already an Agile process, describe how you will improve the process). (350-500 words).
5. Create a diagram of the improved process.
