Find a real-world example of a process or activity whose effect is either a desirable or undesireable outcome (i.e., Examples of good effects include

your college graduation, a pay raise, a promotion, a job offer, an award, and so on. Examples of bad effects include a poor grade on an assignment, lack of a pay raise, rejected job application, late/missed order delivery, a customer complaint, and so on). Then create a Cause-and-Effect Diagram to show all primary and branch causes that contributed to the effect.
