Find an article that discusses a company's commitment to team diversity by intentionally seeking a more diverse workforce through recruiting and promotion initiatives. Summarize your article. Discuss how the article ties into the information from the textbook. Does it agree or disagree? Compare/contrast the information. What challenges may the company experience? What employment laws should be considered? Include your topic and the title of your article in the subject of your post. You must not use an article that another student has already selected.
