For example, the date of the date, the organization who prepared/ provided the data set, the number and description of the fields the number of records the quality of the data set (this both quantitative and qualitative) - for example: In our opinion, the information is not useful.

The data in informative; however, many records are not complete i.e data for a field is missing.
