Find on the internet a recent article. "Recent" means that the article is published afterin 2022. The article should describe a study or be based on statistical analyses.

Summarize and discuss the study/analyses in the article. Here are some thought-starters:

• What is the background/motivation of the study?
• What sampling method was used? Does it create bias?
• What type of study was used (observational study vs. experiment)? Was the type suitable for the research question?
  • If experiment, did the study follow the principles we discussed in Ch5?
  • If observational study, did the study address confounding variables?
• What statistics were reported? For example, risk, relative risk, odds, odds ratio, p-value, confidence interval....
• What kind of graphs did the article use? Are they used effectively and accurately?
• Did the analyses use confidence intervals or hypothesis tests? How?
• What is the conclusion of the study? Does the conclusion apply to you?
• Does the article include the critical components of the study mentioned in Ch2? Was there any important information missing?
• ....
