Find the largest (integer) prime number that is less than a given (integer) value

The program will contain:

A function findLargestPrimeLTValue

int findLargestPrimteLTValue (int value): returns the largest prime less than value or -1 if no prime exists. Calls isPrime to determine if a candidate value is a prime number.

A function isPrime:

bool isPrime (int candidate) : returns true if the value of candidate is a prime number

A main routine:

int main () : the driver for the program; the main routine will call findLargestPrimeLTValue for a set of specified values, printing the result returned in a readable fashion
