Find two examples in the UCC, Article 2, where the UCC fills in the gaps in essential terms of a contract if the parties omit something. Find what happens if they leave out a price. Find what happens if they leave out a place of delivery. You can use your book or the Internet or both. You can find the UCC, Article 2, just by searching for it in Google or you can use Westlaw to find Colorado's version in Title 4. Upload a summary of your findings which MUST include the actual section number of the UCC. It'll be something like 2-101
