Finding and entering data from multiple sources into an on-line database for an American commercial real estate appraisal company.The worker would be assigned weekly tasks inputting this data into the online database and then into Excel and Word.There is a lot of information to learn in the beginning to become accurate.It requires a smart person with good thinking skills.All work will be reviewed for accuracy.We'll provide several hours of paid online, video and written training.The assignments will become easier after a few weeks.This can be a 15-20 hour a week job that could possibly last for years.We use Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, Datappraise (will train) and draw from about 15 websites. Each assignment will be paid based on set fees totaling around $100 per assignment and typically 2 assignments per week ($200/week average) plus bimonthly and quarterly reports earn additional.
